I got to do a little coloring on the card...and that part did make me happy. I love to color. It's my favorite! I used a Blender pen with River Rock re-inker and colored in the flowers. Then covered them with glue from the 2-way glue pen and gave them a good dusting with Dazzling Diamonds...that's my favorite too.
Nancy Littrell was nice enough to lend me her Embrace Life set (thanks Nance...you're the best!). I've seen a lot of beautiful cards made with this set. It's not the style of stamp I normally reach for...again, a little out of my comfort zone...but that's why I wanted to try it out. I'm looking forward to playing around with it a bit more this week. If all goes well, I just might have a few more cards to show you *wink*!
I'm off to do some grocery shopping...You have a great afternoon : ) !!!

This card is beautiful you met and exceeded the challenge.
Yikes, another beauty. Your mind must not ever stop! There are
always so many great ideas that you share with us. If I stop oohing and aahing long enough at your cards, I might actually try to make one! If I do,I will be bragging about your blog and your wonderful creations.

Nancy, you wouldn't have had to tell us that this was a challenge ... we would have never known becuase you make it look so easy! This card is beautiful! GREAT job ... as always!
You continually impress me with your stamping abilities! I am so inspired by your work, and if I wasn't already an SU! demo I would be placing orders from you to totally copy! :)
Happy Stampin'!

Nancy, you pulled this challenge off for sure! Your card is gorgeous! I was giggling reading your post. River Rock and I don't get along either. It's nice to hear I'm not alone in that.
Gorgeous; looks fabulous!!
Wow, Nance....your card is so elegant, crisp, clean and sophisticated too! Your layout and stamp choices were perfect. Did you ever think you would color roses with R Rock and have them turn out so beautifully? Can't wait for more Embrace Life cards. TFS
You know, that River Rock is just sitting on my desk, too. You made a lovely card with it, however, so I might just have to crack open the package today and try to use it, too! Thanks for the inspiration! TFS!
This is beautiful Nancy - you have mad talent and make this challenge look easy! *STAMPIN HUGS* Alex
Beautiful card! I love the River Rock flowers and the sentiment stamped on the DP.
