Megan's Kindness

My daughter, Megan, did the NICEST thing for me yesterday. She knows how much I've been wanting a Penguin stamp...and do you know what showed up in the mail....This adorable little Penguin from A-muse!!! It's a little stamp, but it blessed my day in a BIG WAY! That's the whole point of this week's blog candy challenge (see 2 postings down...Time to Celebrate for all the details), is to take someone by surprise with a random act of kindness! Thanks Megan...I love, love, love it!!!! And...this card has sponging on it. That's not much to most of you, but I've had so much trouble trying to sponge, that pretty much I'd given up trying. This one just really needed some soft blue behind the penguin and behind the glitter on the white square layer...so I got my dauber out and tried again...and this time, it worked!!! Now for me, that's a reason to celebrate = )

Supplies Stamp: Juggling Penguin (A-muse), Perfect Presentation (hostess) Paper: Bashful blue, Wild Wasabi, Whisper White Ink: Black Stazon, Wasabi, Bashful Accessories: Dazzling diamonds glitter, double stithed wasabi ribbon, silver cord, 3/4" circle punch, SU markers, paper piercer, silver brad
