The cards I'm showing you today are all very similar. The 2nd & 3rd cards were made for two very special people earlier this week...Carly & Sheri (hi guys!). And all three were made for this week's SCS Color Challenge CC163 (pretty in pink, chocolate chip & celery) and Sketch Challenge SC173. The 1st & 3rd cards are actually triple challenge cards, also covering yesterday's Ways to Use It Challenge WT163...to use your scissors (I used my trusty SU Paper Snips) to cut something out or use your scissors in other creative ways. Just click on any of the pink areas in this paragraph and it will take you right over to SCS and all the details : ) . Thanks Emily, Rox & Julia for hosting great challenges this week and every week !!
A few details about the cards...the green layers are all Certainly Celery Cardstock stamped with the background stamp, Twill, with Certainly Celery classic ink. It looks like Designer Paper (DP) but it's not...isn't that cool?!? I'm lovin' that BG stamp. Very versatile. Also makes great gingham if you stamp it both directions. Click HERE for a great example from a post earlier this month. I pulled out a couple of my all time favorite stamp sets for these cards...Priceless and Simply Said!! If I made a list of my top 10 all time favorites, both of these sets would be toward the top of that list. They are awesome!!
Wow, can't tell you how good it feels to be stamping this week...really great therapy. Thank you for your thoughts and prayers...MUCH appreciated!!! And....I just noticed that we're quickly approaching 100,000 hits for the blog (that blows me away...woo-hoooo!), and when it happens, there will be a little party, including some blog candy to celebrate that landmark : ) !!!!

Gorgeous cards, Nancy! You just master any stamping challenge given to you!
Yeah thanks for the reminder...I took Thrusday and Friday off this week and received a call from the receptionist where I work. She told me I had flowers to pick up from the boss..It was the most beautiful haning basket with a goodie bag filled with tea, hot cocoa and candies. It felt good to be recognized by those who don't tell you often enough that you do a great job.
I commend you on recognizing those who need recognized.
Very cute cards! Really like the colors you chose!
